This Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of May 20, 2022 is among Public Service Company of New Mexico, a New Mexico corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as Administrative Agent and is made with reference to that certain Credit Agreement dated as of December 12, 2017 (as amended through the date hereof, the “Existing Credit Agreement”) among the Borrower, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent.
