French feelings and emotions vocabulary
A note on verbs. All adjectives can be used with a conjugated form of être (to be). For example:
- He is happy. Il est heureux.
- She is sad. Elle est triste.
You can also use the verb se sentir (to feel) with adjectives of emotion. For example:
- I feel stressed. Je me sens stressé.
- She feels inspired. Elle se sent inspirée.
